Our first project is supporting a student orchestra in Argentina. This orchestra is similar to the well-known La Sistema orchestras in Venezuela, which is an action music program . Our program helps provide gently used strings to the student orchestra, which helps the students who are unable to obtain strings. We provide strings to this orchestra because we believe that everyone should be able to make and enjoy music.

Our more local second project provides gently used string sets for school owned instruments at the Meyerland Performing and Visual Arts Middle School, a Title 1 middle school in Houston that supports five orchestras across three grades. Through this project we hope to support our fellow students in their musical journeys.
Sarah Chang is a student at the Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. She is in the instrumental department, and plays the viola in the orchestra.
Rian Craypo is this project's distributer. She is the principal bassoonist in the Houston Symphony.
